One partner does the rep exercise, while the other partner does the hold exercise for as long as it takes to complete the reps.  As many Sets as you can get in for 6 minutes each station.

1a. One arm DB shoulder press x10

1b. Deep Squat Goblet DB hold 

2a. KB swings x20

2b. Equalizer Bridge with leg raise

3a. Clean/Press/Front Squat x8

3b. Hanging Leg/knee raise HOLD

4a. Med Ball Burpee + Wall Ball x10

4b. Rope Alternating slams (drum roll)

5a. Lunge with sledge hammer front raise x1 lap

5b. Reverse Plank HOLD

6a. BOSU Burpees x10

6b. Front Plank HOLD
