  4. AB roller push up position swivels 3x10each
  5. Push-up position wideouts (equalizer) 3x15
  6. Front or Back Squats with CHAINS 3x8-10
  7. One Leg TRX burpees 3x10each
  8. Med ball sit-ups (legs against wall) 3x15
  9. Rope+KB drags, then push-up position pulls x2laps
