  • 1:40 minute stations with :20 transition time
  • Alternating between rubber and turf sides
  • Going through the circuit TWICE!!

RUBBER SIDE:

  1. Trampoline bouncing DB shoulder stabilization (front and side)
  2. Skull Crushers
  3. Bent over lateral raise (one-foot if you can)
  4. Zercher Squats
  5. Monkey bars


TURF SIDE:

  1. Wall Balls
  2. Ladder Drills
  3. Duck walks (FW & Side) with bar overhead
  4. Lateral BOSU hops (side steps to modify)
  5. Burpee with Box Jump over (step ups to modify)
