  4. AB roller wiggles
  5. Front Squats 
  6. TRX burpees 
  7. low to high med ball side toss
  8. Rope alt with deep squats 
  9. lunges fw/bw with side and front raise
  10. Equalizer Leg circles & in/outs 
  11. Box Jumps
