  1. Tramp. lateral raise iso hold
    1. Bounce x20
    2. high knees x20 each
  2. Prone (db or plate) T's & Y's on bench x15 each
  3. DB Goblet Squats x10-12
  4. Double KB Swings x15
  5. Clean and Press (as many as possible)
  6. Pull-ups x10-15
  7. Ropes- Alt./Flys/slams , then two rope pull 
  8. Med ball suicides with burpee @ each cone
