6:30 stations, super-setting both exercises before rest

    • DB Incline Bench Press 3x8-10
    • DB Rainbow raise 3x10
  • 2
    • KB Clean/press/reverse lunge 3x8 each
    • Equalizer Dips (vest or chain weighted if possible) 3x10
  • 3
    • SB Upright Row 3x10
    • Band one-arm front and side raises 3x15 each
  • 4
    • Deadlifts (approx 80% of 1rm) 3x4-6
    • TRX pike and push-up
  • 5
    • Sled rope pull and push back 3x1lap
    • Med Ball side toss 3x15 each
  • 6
    • Lateral Step down 3x10 each
    • GHD Full situps (med ball if possible) 3x15
