  4. Med Ball front slams 3x15
  5. BB Good Mornings 3x10
  6. Monkey bars - as many as possible
  7. TRX one-hand KB Clean + Press 3x8 each
  8. Handstand mountain climbers on wall 3x20
  9. Side shuffle sled pull with strap 
  10. GHD Hyper extension 3x15
