2.17.17 - Fitness Challenge Friday

2 rounds for time of the following (20 minute cap):

8 to 1 (8 reps, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1) of both:

  1. Clean + Press  (M= gold-95#, silver 65#.  W= gold-65#, silver 45#)
  2. Burpee over bar

15 - Pull-ups

15 - Tire Flips

15 - DB Goblet Squats (M= 55#, W=40#)

15 - Wall Balls

15 each leg - Overhead med ball box step ups

15 each arm - One-arm DB sumo deadlifts (M=75#, W=55#)

15 - BOSU push-ups
