  2. Sots Press
  3. Pistol Squats (equalizer assist if needed)
  4. BOSU push-ups (plyo if possible)
  5. Front Squats
  6. Bridge and HS Curl on TRX
  7. Lunge away from the wall, backward overhead medball toss from lunge position
  8. Inch Worms/Harambe with med ball, sprint back
  9. Lateral box jump with burpee on each side
  10. GHD Situps

FINISH with 7-10 minute Core Circuit
