2.15.17 Strength Day

6:30 minute stations with the goal of completing 3 compound/super sets. Can be done with a partner or alone.

1a. DB Incline Bench Press x10 

1b. DB Rainbow raises x10

2a. KB Clean/Press/Reverse Lunge x8 each

2b. Equalizer Dips (Chains or vest optional)

3a. Upright Row x10

3b. one-arm band front and side raises x10 each direction, each arm

4a. Deadlifts x3-6

4b. One Leg suspension strap knee raise (with free leg) + Pushup x10 each side

5a. Sled pull with rope and pull back x1 lap

5b. HSPU or wall walks x10-15

6a. Side lunge ball slams x10 each

6b. Box Lateral step downs (med ball hold optional) x10 each
