6 minute stations
  1. Overhead Squats & Med Ball Deep Squat Holds
  2. KB Clean/Press & KB Swings
  3. DB Bench Press & DB Renegade Rows
  4. Barbell Dead Lifts & Pull-ups (assisted if needed)
  5. Pull Sled w/ Rope & Handstand Push-ups or Wall Walks
  6. Equalizer Push-ups/Pull-ups & Box Jumps
